To improve the conditions of young people with fewer opportunities in the communities where participants’ organizations are active by gaining deeper insight into the realities in participants’ countries, discussing the situation of young people with fewer opportunities, sharing good working practices;
To increase the capacities of partners organizations in the field of work with young people with fewer opportunities by sharing practices, experiences and developing new partnerships and networks.
To develop media competencies of young people with fewer opportunities by working in multicultural environment on creating media products capturing the life of Brajcino, rural mountain area.
To strengthen set of soft skills of young people with fewer opportunities (communication, teamwork, leadership, facilitation, presentation) that they can apply in job seeking process.
To raise abilities of young people to take part in international mobility activities and to deeper their knowledge on Erasmus + Programme.
To inspire young people with fewer opportunities to get actively involved in Erasmus+ Programme and work on development of own project ideas.
The project activities were based on using non-formal education methodology supporting active involvement of the participants in the process of learning. The activities were realized by 'learning from each other', as the session were delivered by the participants to the participants. During the youth exchange, they took part in teamwork activities, leadership challenges, practical workshops focusing on creating media products, discussions and debates, role plays and also in reflection and evaluation activities.
